What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from either 8:30 AM or 9:30 AM.
Do you serve lunch?
We do not offer a lunch service. However, Japanese soba noodle lunches are available at our sister inn, Sotaroan. (Closed Fridays)
What time is dinner?
Dinner is served from either 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM.
What type of dinner is served?
We serve a creative traditional Japanese style multi-course dinner using ingredients produced in the local Aso region.
Where is dinner served?
Dinner and breakfast are served in our dining rooms.
Is Internet access available in the rooms?
Free Wi-Fi is available in every room.
Is there a pick-up service available?
We provide pick-up service to collect guests at either the Kurokawa Onsen Bus Stop or Tsuedate Onsen Bus Stop. If you require pick-up, please contact us with your arrival time and location in advance. (You must contact us no later than the day before.)

Is there a curfew at the inn?
Doors at the inn close at 10:00 PM.
Can guests be accompanied by pets?
We do not allow guests to bring their pets to the inn.
What are the cancellation rules?
30% cancellation fee up to 7 days before the reservation date
50% cancellation fee up to 1 day before the reservation date
100% cancellation fee on the reservation date (and 100% cancellation fee for those who cancel without contacting us).
